Hi, my name is Jo and I am a Qualified ITEC Massage Therapist since 2009. In my 15 Years experience I have worked alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists seeing a variety of clients within these clinical and wellbeing settings.

I love being a Therapist (big change from a 9-5 office job) but I have not looked back, this is what I am meant to be doing.
I am passionate about helping a person to find what works for them and empowering them to connect with themselves and take back control of their own lives both physically and mentally.
